Camp Description
Get ready to design, build, code, and compete in this exciting hands-on robotics camp! Students will create their own Battle Bots using mechanical parts, motors, gears, and basic electronics while learning how design choices affect speed, strength, and overall performance.
 
Campers will also design and build custom battle arenas, adding strategy and creativity to every challenge. In addition to building, students will program their robots using beginner-friendly MIT Scratch coding tools to make their bots move, react, and compete in fun challenges.
 
Through testing, debugging, and redesigning, students will develop problem-solving skills, computational thinking, and perseverance. Friendly competitions promote teamwork, creativity, and confidence as campers refine both their robots and their code.
